Sammary

APPIE prepare and distribute the test powders named SAP test powder 3 which are based on SAP 14-12 : 2012 (APPIE Standerd).
SAP test powders 3 includes four test powders which have smaller size distribution compared to the JIS Z 8901 Test powders 1, and they can be used for the performance test of various dust collectors and air filters as well as for durability test of various instruments when they are exposed to dust particles.
SAP test powders 3 are classified into four classes, their used material are quarts sand, talc, sintered KANTO loam, and calcium carbonate heavy and their chemical compositions are same to the used material of JIS Z 8901 Test powders 1.

Regarding order restrictions for glass beads GBM and GBL
Dear Customers

Due to the difficulty of securing inventory of the following JIS test powder glass beads GBM and GBL, shipments are currently restricted.

GBM-20 GBM-30 GBM-40
GBL-30 GBL-40 GBL-60 GBL-100

Currently, we limit the shipment of glass beads to 100g x 1 piece per one item per order.
(GBM-20 is 50g x 1 piece)

However,It is possible to order multiple different varieties with one order.
(For example, order 50g x 1 piece of GBM-20, 100g x 1 piece of GBM-30, 100g x 1 piece of GBL-60 at one time)

From June 1, 2016, based on the Industrial Safety and Health Act, applicable products containing specified chemical substances or those exceeding the specified content will be labeled the bottle hazardous labels and SDS will be Attached.
